American Opens New DFW Airport Hub

(Dallas, TX) — American Airlines has a major new nerve center at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

The Fort Worth-based carrier says the $10 million DFW Hub Control Center will improve efficiency and help cut down on flight delays.

The 10,000 square-foot control center consolidates functions formerly located in different parts of the airport.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for the center’s official unveiling on Wednesday.
