(MICHIGAN) — The Michigan Supreme Court is denying Jill Stein’s appeal to resume a presidential recount in Michigan.
In a three-two ruling Friday, the court said that the Green Party candidate who finished fourth in the election is not qualified to request a recount.
Stein has led the effort for recounts in the three battleground states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, which President-elect Donald Trump won over Hillary Clinton on November 8th.
In Wisconsin, a recount is still underway after a judge rejected a Trump supporter’s request to stop it on Friday.
In Pennsylvania, a judge will decide Monday on whether the efforts will continue.
