(London) — A new report says over one-thousand Russian athletes took part in a wide-ranging doping conspiracy.
The World Anti-Doping Agency says the Russian Sports Ministry and other agencies were involved in a massive program of cheating.
The reports details athletes that took part in large-scale sample swapping at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
The report also said that a laboratory in Moscow protected the Russian athletes during Sochi games.
