(Gatlinburg, TN) — Officials say the deadly wildfires in Tennessee were likely caused by humans.
Arson is suspected in several of the fires still burning in the region.
Meanwhile, the death toll has climbed to seven in the Gatlinburg area where hundreds of buildings have been destroyed.
Flames burned more than 17-thousand acres of Sevier County and the blaze is only about ten percent contained.
More than 70 people have been treated for injuries since the fires started Monday night.
