(Fowlerville, MI) — Whiteout conditions are blamed for a massive 40-vehicle pileup on Interstate 96 between Lansing, Michigan and Detroit that killed three people.
Michael Carney says he had slowed down with the weather conditions.
Police say the three who died in yesterday’s pileup were in two cars that were crushed between semi trucks.
