(Washington, DC) — President Obama is again pledging a smooth transition of government after a White House meeting with President-elect Donald Trump.
Cameras were briefly allowed in the Oval Office to capture the historic moment as the two men sat side-by-side and chatted.
Obama called the roughly 90-minute meeting excellent and wide-ranging.
Trump said it was a great honor to have the meeting with the outgoing President and noted that it went on much longer than expected.
Obama said topics included how the White House is run, along with foreign and domestic policy.
The two men shook hands for the cameras and refused to take any questions from reporters.
