(Fort Worth, TX) — The mother of “affluenza” teen Ethan Couch is going to stay out on bond before her money laundering trial.
Tonya Couch appeared before a Tarrant County judge today for a status hearing.
She’s accused of taking 30-thousand-dollars and fleeing to Mexico with her son last December so he could avoid a probation hearing.
Ethan Couch is serving two years in jail for violating his probation.
A trial date for Tonya Couch hasn’t been set.
