Houston Woman Accused Of Endangering Child With Tiger
(Houston, TX) — A Houston woman will be extradited back to Texas to face charges she endangered her teenage daughter by allowing exotic pets, including a large tiger, to roam the house at will.
State and local wildlife officials say they found three tiger cubs, a large tiger, several monkeys, a cougar, fox and a skunk inside the home of 34-year-old Trisha Meyer.
She subsequently left the state with her animals, but authorities traced her to Nevada. She will now be brought back to face child endangerment and possibly other charges.
