Craig says several shots were fired at police by a man who was armed with an assault-type rifle and additional ammunition.

No officers were injured by the gunfire.

The suspect was wearing all black and remains at large.

Police are going door-to-door in the area searching for the gunman.

Craig says police know of a drug house in the area and the gunman may be associated with the illegal activity.
