(San Antonio, TX) — Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will be in San Antonio and Dallas today for fundraising events that could raise millions of dollars for his campaign coffers.
Promoters of the San Antonio event say it’s a sellout despite the controversy over sexually charged comments made by the candidate in 2005.
One of the hosts of the event, San Antonio billionaire Gene Powell, says media reports that he will not attend the Trump luncheon are not true.
Powell says he has “one obligation left to the campaign… and I will fulfill that obligation as promised.”
