KTXT 88.1FM The Raider is celebrating College Radio Day for the year of 2016 on Nov. 4 with a 24-hour broadcast, including a special edition of Good Morning Texas Tech, various remotes, student DJ shows giveaways and much more.
At KTXT, we strongly believe and advocate for the legacy of college radio. Please celebrate College Radio Day with us by coming to our remotes, visiting the station or keeping it locked to the left!

The aim of College Radio Day is to raise a greater, international awareness of the many college and high school radio stations that operate around the world by encouraging people who would not normally listen to college radio to do so on this day. It is hoped that those people who do tune in like what they hear and become regular listeners.
