Cleveland Police Union Endorses Trump

Donald Trump Speaks at his golf course in Scotland(Cleveland, OH) — The Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association is endorsing Donald Trump for president.
It’s the first time the organization has endorsed a presidential candidate.
Union President Steve Loomis says Trump has met with law enforcement leaders in the community while Hillary Clinton’s campaign has not responded to any of their letters or concerns.
Loomis added Trump is dedicating his campaign to law and order and restoring the credibility of police officers around the country.
He says the Cleveland Police Department’s endorsement will carry a lot of weight after the success they had during the Republican National Convention.
Loomis says union members have lost confidence in President Obama and feel Clinton will continue to be anti-police.
The union’s final vote was taken on Friday.
