Texas Is Home To Nationally-Ranked Haunted Houses

Halloween may be a over a month away, but some of the nation’s best haunted houses are already open for business in Texas. HauntedHouses.com ranks Austin’s “House of Torment” as the nation’s best. San Antonio’s “13th Floor” is in second place. Fort Worth’s “Cutting Edge Haunted House” is ninth and Houston’s “Nightmare on the Bayou” is ranked eleventh. Furthering the notion that everything is bigger in Texas:  the Austin attraction boasts 40-thousand square feet of bone-chilling entertainment.
