(St. Cloud, MN) — There’s no evidence that points to more people being involved in a weekend stabbing attack in Minnesota that’s been linked to terrorism.
St. Charles Police Chief William Anderson says that so far it looks like only one person was involved in carrying out the attack.
Nine people were injured in the stabbing before the attacker was shot and killed by an off-duty officer.
ISIS issued a statement claiming the attack was carried out by one of its supporters.
The attacker has been identified as 22-year-old Dahir Adan. He was a junior at St. Cloud State University.
Anderson stressed that he’s told investigators to dig up everything they can about Adan from the day he was born to last Saturday, when the attack took place.
