(Houston, TX) — Texas is offering a three-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to the capture of a “Most Wanted Sex Offender” from Houston. Charles Simpson was added to the “Most Wanted” list today after DPS says he violated his parole. The 48-year-old is believed to still be in Houston and also has contacts in Missouri City. He’s black, five-five, 140 pounds, with tattoos on his hands, arms, and chest. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-8477.
