(Cleveland, OH) — Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump begins his general election campaign with a promise to be the voice of “forgotten” Americans.
Trump accepted the GOP nomination last night at the party’s national convention in Cleveland. The 70-year old businessman vowed to lead the U.S. back to security, peace and prosperity.
He said there is violence in the streets and chaos in communities and called himself the “law and order candidate.” The New York real estate mogul said he will renegotiate “terrible” trade deals and bring jobs back to the U.S.
