Speaking at Dallas City Hall this morning at 12:30 a.m., Brown and Mayor Mike Rawlings were clearly saddened over the deaths of four Dallas police officers and one DART officer. Rawlings said he had heard from the White House and from Governor Abbott offering all possible support to the people of Dallas.
