KTXT 88.1FM The Raider is joining forces with Ralph’s Records and College Radio Day to celebrate Vinylthon a.k.a. Record Store Day, Saturday, April 16th, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a live broadcast remote at Ralph’s Records.
For Vinylthon, KTXT will broadcast music from vinyl provided by staff and Ralph’s Records. As always, KTXT will have FREE giveaways, such as t-shirts and Alamo Drafthouse tickets. Ralph’s Records will be including some “swag” giveaways as well.
Hundreds of vinyl/records, along with CD’s and cassettes, will be available for purchase at Ralph’s Records. Sales include 25 cents for some vinyl, used vinyl will be half-priced, and new CD’s will be $2 off.
So come on out to support your local record store and celebrate Vinylthon!
