Last Month of DJ Shows for the Semester

The last DJ shows and broadcasts for the semester will air during the first week of December. If you haven’t listened to some of our awesome Student DJ shows this semester, now is the time to catch them.

Of course some will be back in Spring 2016, but others will not be, due to graduation or other reasons.

Here is a quick line-up and description of each of our shows this semester:

Sunday 2 pm – 4: 806 Echo; Features local and indie music in the Lubbock music scene with guest artists; Hosted by Audrey DeLeon

Sunday and Friday 4 pm – 6: Polar Opposites; Indie, rock and alternative music featuring guest artists; Hosted by Ricky Cortez and Brian Jimenez (Stormtrooper)

Sunday and Thursday 8 pm to 10: The Underground; Features hip-hop, rap, R&B and other music with guest artists and others; Hosted by DJ McAdams, DJ E-Money and DJ Tee Marie

Tuesday and Thursday 1 pm to 2: Q&Amanda; Hosted by Amanda Castro-Crist

Tuesday 4 pm to 6: The Gypsi Hour; Features indie, rock and alternative music with guest artists; Hosted by Austin Adams and Jacob Mendoza (Gypsi Cab)
