DPS Worker Charged With Making Fake Drivers Licenses

A Texas DPS worker faces charges in connection to a suspected operation in the making fake drivers licenses.

Authorities arrested Jose Ytuarte in Hondo on Friday.  Ytuarte and two others are accused of making fake licenses for undocumented immigrants.

The arrest follows a plea agreement signed last week by Linda Ann Perez.

The San Antonio DPS worker admitted to taking more than 200-thousand dollars in bribes to issue more than 140 fraudulent drivers licenses over the past three years.
