The lawyer for a black teen who was thrown to the ground by a white McKinney cop is not going to call him a racist. Hannah Stroud says she wants to do her due diligence before saying whether former Corporal Eric Casebolt confronted Dajerria Becton because of her race.
Stroud also isn’t sure if a formal complaint is going to be filed against Casebolt after he resigned earlier this week.
She adds the 15-year-old was asking for her bag so she could call her aunt, when Casebolt grabbed her.
