Third Mesquite Teacher Accused Of Having Sex With A Student

For the third time this semester, a Mesquite teacher has been arrested on charges of having sex with a student. Yesterday, Poteet High School teacher Deanna Reese was arrested on campus. She’s accused of having sex with an 18-year-old student last month.

Last month, a North Mesquite High School teacher was jailed on two counts of sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl. And in February, a Mesquite High School coach was jailed for allegedly having sex with an 18-year-old.
