The investigation into this week’s Germanwings plane crash in the French Alps is focused on the pilots at this point.
The plane’s audio recorder indicates one of the pilots was locked out of the cockpit before the jet went down. The “New York Times” reports a military official involved in the investigation says the pilot is heard knocking on the door of the cockpit and then is heard trying to break the door down.
Family and friends of the 150 crash victims are due to arrive near the crash site in southern France today.
