Android: The long awaited and anticipated Android L has finally been made official by Google and will be making its way to consumers in the coming weeks. Google sure did take its sweet time unveiling its new OS but it looks like Google’s so-called “Material Design” is ready for the market. Following its trend of naming its software after treats, Android L is no exception giving it the same Lollipop. Google emphasizes it’s new “Material Design” which is just a fancy way of describing on how Lollipop responds to touch with animations. Google says touch is more responsive than ever and gives it a more natural feel when navigating the OS. Not only that, Lollipop also emphasizes on the visuals as well. With new, vivid colors and typography, makes Lollipop pop with visuals making it a real candy to look at. Android Lollipop is Google’s biggest overhaul of Android yet and it really shows how far the OS has come since its release in 2008. Androids’ exiting new OS isn’t out yet but we are more than excited to get our hands on this fancy new Lollipop.
