The Dallas Cowboys’ defense suffered another blow late Monday night.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told reporters that starting cornerback Orlando Scandrick
has been suspended for the first four games of the 2014 NFL season.
Jones said the suspension is for a violation of the performance-enhancing drugs policy.
Scandrick started 15 of 16 games for the Cowboys last season.
He had 64 tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble.
Scandrick will be eligible to return for the team’s Week 5 matchup against the Texans.
