TEXAS TECH–Well it is that time of the year again raiders!, where incoming students from around the nation flood into Texas Tech for new Student orientation.
The campus will be filled with red shirts, black bags and Texas Tech spirit. According to orientation specialist Cameron of campus life for Texas Tech University. Friday kicked off orientation for transfer students from all over and the next six weeks will be freshmen, international and more transfer students.
I was able to go down to the student union building and get some input from Tiffany Montemayor a Transfer Ambassador for Texas Tech
I also had the chance to speak with two transfer students..
Robert Simpson Junior mechanical engineer major from south plains college says he like getting the essentials out the way and hearing chancellor Kent Hance speak.
And Dwayne Klassen a Junior mechanical engineer from Seminole said he looked forward to meeting his professors.
