Texas Tech Announces Spring Commencement Schedule
WHAT: Texas Tech University hosts spring graduation and law school hooding ceremonies.
WHEN: Friday (May 16): 3 p.m. College of Arts and Sciences
7 p.m. Graduate School
Saturday (May 17): 9 a.m. Rawls College of Business, Honors College, College of Media and Communication, College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources, Wind Energy and the Office of the Provost (B.A. University Studies)
1:30 p.m. College of Architecture, College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Human Sciences and College of Visual and Performing Arts
6 p.m. School of Law hooding ceremony
WHERE: All ceremonies will take place at the United Spirit Arena at 18th Street and Indiana Avenue.
EVENT: Chancellor Kent R. Hance will speak at Friday and Saturday’s ceremonies while Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott will speak at the Law School hooding ceremony.
