DALLAS, TEXAS
Dallas — Another mega-merger is shaking up the telecom industry.
AT&T and Direct TV announced the massive merger yesterday that will create a powerhouse to rival the largest cable companies. Under the deal AT&T will gain Direct TV’s 20 million subscribers.
