LUBBOCK – An update to a story first reported this morning, in the case of a hit and run. Originally reported as an accidental hit and run, Lubbock Police have confirmed that the incident was intentional.
19-year old, Angel Guerrero was taken into custody on charges of aggravated assault and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Guerrero was arrested after hitting a woman with his car near the intersection of Mac Davis Lane and Avenue V.
The victim was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
