TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY – A Texas Tech Student was arrested early Wednesday morning for drunk driving on campus.
According to the Lubbock Avalanche Journal, the arrest happened after a traffic-stop in the north parking lot of Talkington Residence Hall.
The student had two passengers, one was taken into custody for public intoxication and the other was cited and released for consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Both the driver and passenger were transported to the Lubbock County Detention Center.
