Texas Tech University and the Division of Institutional Diversity, Equity & Community Enragement’s Office of Community Engagement, in conjunction with Region 16 and the Title I Statewide School Support and Parental Involvement Initiative, have announced the 2013 Statewide Family and Community Engagement Seminar (F.A.C.E.S.) to be held March 7-8 in Lubbock.
