Yeah this is going to be really good.

Two Step Inn announced the lineup for their third annual festival on Wednesday morning, featuring Alan Jackson, Sturgill Simpson, Miranda Lambert, and Lynyrd Skynyrd as headliners.

Lineup season for 2025 is barely starting but already, Two Step Inn, held on April 5 & 6 in San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Tx, has announced arguably their best lineup to date along with one of the strongest country music festival lineups of the year. Top to bottom, there is so much gold to discover.

Whether it’s West Texas favorites Flatland Cavalry, Treaty Oak Revival, Randall King, Braxton Keith, and Hudson Westbrook, Texas staples like Eli Young Band and Shane Smith & the Saints, 90’s legends like Diamond Rio, Aaron Tippin, and Tracy Byrd, or white hot newcomers like Ole 60, Maggie Antone, or Gavin Adcock. There is truly so much to love on this lineup from top to bottom.

The festival also made good on rained out sets from last year’s show with Ryan Bingham and the Texas Gentlemen, ERNEST, and Sammy Kershaw returning to this years lineup.

But still, the biggest surprises come at the very top of the bill. In only its third year, Two Step Inn has staked its claim as one of the big dogs in the country festival landscape.

It’s barely been six months since Miranda Lambert was a headliner at Stagecoach, a country festival produced and hosted by Coachella that draws nearly 90 thousand attendees each day. Now, at a festival with a third of Stagecoach’s capacity, Lambert is playing second to Alan Jackson.

There’s good reason for it though, as this is being reported as Jackson’s final tour. Furthermore, according to a press release, this will serve as his final show in the Austin area.

Additionally, when the festival rolls around in April, it will have barely been six months since Sturgill Simpson reduced ACL Fest’s Honda Stage to a pile of rubble. I won’t say too much, mainly because I have many more thoughts about his ACL Fest set to share soon, all I’ll say is be ready for a barnburner.

And there’s still so much on this lineup to talk about: the stars aligned for The Panhandlers to make an appearance, Kaitlin Butts will return off the back of one of the best albums of 2024, and Nelly, who I’ve been hoping would be the hip hop pick for the past two years, is finally coming to Two Step Inn.

For sake of time though, I’ll save more thoughts for more preview coverage as the festival draws closer and closer.

Tickets for Two Step Inn will go on sale this Friday (10/25) at Noon CT. You can register for the pre-sale code as well as buy tickets directly from twostepinn.com.
