I was very interested to listen to Bad Colors new album “Always with U”. Before this I had never heard of this artist before or his music. I do have to say this type of music i’m not the biggest fan of but this album was a really fun listen. To describe this album is like a mixture of dance music with really cool instrumentals. When listening to this I was reminded of an old daft punk sound but interpreted in a really cool new way.
The lead single of this album was “Maybe I should move to LA” which was one of my favorites on this album. It has a killer production on the song, and was not a typical dance song. It felt like driving in Los Angeles, which I feel like the artist was trying to portray in the song.
This album really captures a mixture of high up beat dance tracks, but there’s also chill slowed down songs as well that really ties the album together perfectly. For example, the songs like “Flirtation Avenue” and “Why can’t we go back” perfectly sums up that mixture that is on this album.
Overall, “Always with U” by Bad Colors is a fun album to enjoy if you wanna dance or if you wanna have a nice chill vibe for the night.
