(Washington, DC) — President Biden has tested positive for COVID-19. The White House says he’s fully vaccinated and has been boosted twice. He’s dealing with what are described as “very mild symptoms.” He’s taking Paxlovid, an antiviral medication designed to fight COVID. Biden will turn 80-years-old in November.
The President was due to travel to Pennsylvania today to talk about further reducing gun violence. He was also due to travel to Florida on Monday. There’s no official word yet on the status of that trip.
