(Chicago, IL) — Previously owned homes aren’t selling as fast as before. The National Association of Realtors says they fell by five-point-four percent in June compared to May. When comparing it to June of last year, the drop was even more pronounced at 14-point-two percent. The group’s chief economist says “it is clearly due to the plunging affordability.”
