Bill on protesting debated in Texas

Some Texas lawmakers want to throw protesters in jail if they block highways.

A bill in the state legislature would force protesters who obstruct a highway to spend ten-days in jail.

If they block an ambulance, the penalty would be increased.

Activists in California blocked the entrance to a hospital after two Los Angeles County deputies were shot in an ambush last year.
