Army to release report on Fort Hood investigation today

The top brass of the U.S. Army will hold a press conference today to discuss the findings of an independent review of conditions at Fort Hood.

The probe resulted from the murder in April of 20-year-old Specialist Vanessa Guillen of Houston.
