(San Antonio, TX) — A man is dead following a standoff with San Antonio police.
Chief William McManus says a SWAT officer killed the suspect early this morning at a Northeast Side home.
McManus also says the suspect was holding his estranged wife hostage and attempted to reach a peaceful end without success. The officer is on administrative leave.
