Bengals’ WR John Ross could miss Multiple Games from a shoulder injury

In Monday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, John Ross received a shoulder injury which could put him out for many weeks.

Ross’ test results have not come back after visiting the doctors yet but a source told ESPN that he is expected “to be down a few weeks.”

The record holder for the fastest 40 yard dash time has been the Bengals’ number one receiver for this whole season. Ross only had three catches for 35 yards on Monday, which was 20 percent of the offense’s total yards on a rough night. For the season, he has 16 catches for 328 yards and accounted for 3 of the team’s 5 receiving touchdowns.

For the third-year vet, this will be his third straight season where Ross will miss multiple games from an injury. He will now join A.J. Green on the sidelines to be another beneficial player out for Cincinnati.
