United Family of Markets to present a check donation to Special Olympics in the amount of $14,001.73.
These are proceeds from United’s “Fuel the Flame” fundraising campaign held in their United Fuels Express stores throughout West and North Texas.
Special Olympics CEO, Tim Martin, and Special Olympics regional director, Ashley Pena, will be on hand for the check presentation.
The donation will be used to fund Special Olympics programming, competition, and training for more than 3,500 children and adults with intellectual disabilities throughout West and North Texas.
