Sports Illustrated has released their list of the Top 100 NBA players of 2020. They did not use any “definitive criterion” to rank the players but used a “fluid combination of subjective assessments and objective data,” to predict who will shine in the 2019-2020 season.

Dallas Maverick Luka Dončić made the list at number 30 at only the age of 20. The former Rookie of the Year should have an even better season now that he has his new teammate Kristaps Porziņģis (ranked 37) who is ready for a new chapter after being with the New York Knicks.
Houston Rocket James Harden was ranked number 5 on the list. With averaging 36.1 PPG, 7.5 APG, and 6.6 RPG, he will team up with former OKC teammate and close friend Russell Westbrook who was ranked at number 12.
At number 3 with an unhuman-like 34-year-old body, Lebron James is predicted by many to have a stellar year with his brand new Lakers team. With the addition of Anthony Davis (ranked 6) and Danny Green (ranked 89), Los Angelos fans must decide if they will follow Lebron or Kawhi.
After bringing the Toronto Raptors to the Finals and winning the Finals MVP, at number 2 Kawhi Leonard decided to sign with the Los Angelos Clippers this offseason and brought along number 9 Paul George. Let the battle for Los Angelos begin.
Last but most definitely not least, is the reigning league MVP, one of the most dominant and unguardable players in the league, Giannis Antetomounmpo is number 1 on SI’s list. The Greek Freak averaged 27.7 PPG in the regular season and then 25.5 PPG in the playoffs. The 24-year-old has a bright future in Milwaukee as he will lead his team to try and be the best team in the Eastern Conference.
