MLB Playoffs Are Coming

There are only 3 more weeks in this regular season, which means its time to get a potential look at the upcoming bracket.

The Los Angeles Dodgers were the first team to clinch a playoff spot with a current record of 93-53. This is the seventh consecutive year that they have won the NL West title.

The closest team to secure a spot for the playoffs are the New York Yankees with a record of 97 and 51. To win the AL East, they are going to need 5 more games. Closely behind are the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves who both need 8 more wins.

In the American League, the Oakland A’s and the Tampa Bay Rays are almost neck and neck to get a wild card game. While in the National League, The Washington Nationals lead the wild card standing above 2 teams tied for second and another 2 teams tied for fourth. The Cubs and Brewers have the same record as well as the Phillies and Mets.
