Antonio Brown Released From Patriots

It has been a very travel-heavy year for Antonio Brown.

After demanding to be released from the Raiders, Brown did not ask to leave a team with a high probability of getting a Super Bowl ring. The New England Patriots have cut Brown 11 days into his time with the team.

AB was sued for sexual assault and rape just one day after joining the Patriots. Then a couple of days later, he attempted to intimidate a second accuser, who went public earlier this week via comments to SI.com.

“Thanks for the opportunity appreciate @Patriots,” Brown tweeted this afternoon.

Antonio will now be a free agent for another team to weigh the pros and cons of having a fantastic receiver with off-the-field issues.
