EverythingLubbock.com learned on Monday that the State of Texas sued Bart Reagor and Rick Dykes individually in Travis County.
Reagor and Dykes are the co-owners of Reagor Dykes. The business filed for bankruptcy last year, but the state wants to hold them personally responsible for unpaid sales taxes. Several local government agencies also sued.
Mr. Reagor and Mr. Dykes have not yet filed their side of the story in court records.
