Teddy Jack’s Donates $1500 to the Early Learning Centers of Lubbock

The following is a news release from the Early Learning Centers of Lubbock, Inc.:

Teddy Jack’s donated $1500.00 in food and services for The Early Learning Centers of Lubbock (ELC) 13th Annual Champions for Children Banquet. The event is underwritten by D. & K. Hunt, City Bank and Happy State Bank.

“The Champions for Children banquet allows the community to recognize those individuals and groups who work with or on behalf of young children.

This is also a fundraiser event for us, and this donation, from Teddy Jack’s will allow us to put more of the funds raised towards our program.” said Lena Scaff, Executive Director of the Early Learning Centers.

The 2019 honorees include: Aaron Dawson, One Heart Orphan Care; Donna Bullington, Frenship ISD Pre-K Teacher; Gracie Gonzales, Sunnyside Learning Academy; and Family Guidance and Outreach Center for their support of young children across the South Plains and through many school districts.

The Early Learning Centers of Lubbock strives to provide the highest quality childcare to all children regardless of their income or family situation.
