The No. 11 Texas Tech baseball team will spend its midweek in Albuquerque for a two-game series at New Mexico, starting Tuesday at 7 p.m. CT before wrapping up with a 2 p.m. CT first pitch on Wednesday from Santa Anna Star Field.
Both games will be streamed online on the Mountain West Network, and can be heard on the Texas Tech Sports Network on 97.3 FM, the 97.3 app, the TuneIn app and at TexasTech.com. Live stats will also be available through GoLobos.com.
The two-game set in Albuquerque is the first of two midweek series between the two teams this season with the other set for Apr. 23-24 in Lubbock. Tech enters Tuesday’s game 5-0 in midweeks this season.
Overall, the Red Raiders are 73-46-1 all-time against New Mexico in a series that dates back to 1962. Last season Tech swept the season series with the Lobos, including a 20-9 win in Albuquerque that improved Tech to 26-26-1 in games played in Albuquerque.
