On Tuesday, the family of a Lubbock man who died in a 2018 motorcycle wreck met the people who were saved by his donated organs.
Christopher Baucom was 24-years-old when he died in the wreck, but his legacy will now be carried on by three other people who recieved his organs.
“Some days we struggle to get out of bed, but the life that’s given to us is to be shared, to be passed on,” said his mother.
His wife even got a chance to hear her husband’s heart one more time.
