(Decatur, TX) — The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating a fatal plane crash in Wise County on Thursday.
The Department of Public Safety says a Cessna with four people on board crashed on takeoff around 8 p.m. at the Rhome Meadows Airport.
The pilot was killed.
An adult male passenger is in the hospital with serious injuries.
Two children are in Cook Children’s Medical Center in unknown condition.
The FAA will assist with the investigation.
