(Fashing, TX) — An oilfield fire south of San Antonio is expected to burn out sometime this morning.
Fire crews responded early Tuesday afternoon to the site in Atascosa County after a truck hooking up tanks caused a spark that triggered the blaze.
Firefighters are planning to let the fire burn out and the public is not believed to be in danger.
Police have closed FM 99 in both directions near Fashing for the duration.
