Yankees Hire Boone

(New York, NY) — The New York Yankees have found a new manager. Multiple reports state New York will hire Aaron Boone to replace Joe Girardi as the team’s skipper. Boone played in the MLB from 1997-through-2009 and has been working as a broadcaster ever since.  He’s never been a manager on any level. The Yankees interviewed six candidates for the job. The Yankees finished the regular season at 91-and-71 this year, and lost the American League Championship Series to the Astros in seven games.
